Placing an order is easy and fast. First, add the desired products to the cart. The contents of the cart are visible from the icon on the top right corner of the page.

1. Placing an Order 
Check the content of the cart. You may change the number of products in your cart or delete the product entirely. Proceed with the order by pressing “Check out". You will then need to fill the order form. If you still wish to continue shopping, click on the link on the upper right corner of the page “Continue shopping”.

2. Payer Information
Fill in the required information. Remember to give a valid e-mail address.

3. Delivery and Payment
After this you may choose the method of payment and delivery.

 4. Place Order
Click on “Place order”. After this, you will receive an order confirmation in your e-mail.

The order has been successfully received!

We deliver orders to Finland and abroad as parcels via Posti. The total cost of delivery is determined at checkout. Unfortunately we do not currently offer deliveries to Ukraine, Russia or Belarus.

All our products have a 14-day exchange and refund policy that starts on delivery. The customer always needs to separately inform the seller of cancellation via e-mail to info@miikkiservice.com. If you cancel the order and do not inform us in the instructed manner before returning the products, the purchase is binding and the payment remains valid. The sale price, without the value of possible handling costs, will be returned as soon as the product has been returned. The customer is responsible for the postal charges of the returned products.

The product needs to be in its original condition, unused and salable. Clearance products have no right of exchange or return.

2. Write “Customer return” and our address on top.
3. Send the product you wish to return.

Our online store offers an option of Klarna payment that guarantees an easy and safe payment. You can use either online banking or any major debit and credit cards when you use Klarna. Your bank or card statement will show Klarna as the recipient, and they will transfer the payment to the merchant.
