Tmi Saku Miikki Service oversees the store’s product sales.
(Business ID 3299657-8). All prices include Finland's standard VAT rate (24%). We do not deliver products to minors. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Placing an Order
The products can be ordered online from www.miikkiservice.com. All orders are automatically confirmed by e-mail. To receive the order confirmation, make sure you have written your e-mail correctly. The customer agrees to the terms of delivery every time an order is placed.
Pricing
The product prices and delivery costs on www.miikkiservice.com webpage are valid at the time of purchase, but are subject to changes at any time and dependent on availability. All prices presented include Finland's standard VAT rate 24%. If the customer has registered and signed in to the online store as a resident outside EU, the prices are shown without VAT.
In addition to the price set by us, the customer may be obligated to pay other taxes, customs duties or other required fees that each country’s government offices have set for products ordered from www.miikkiservice.com.
Delivery Tracking
After the order confirmation, the customer will also receive an updated payment and delivery confirmations by e-mail, so the delivery tracking is easy.
Payment Methods
Our online store offers an option of Klarna payment that guarantees an easy and safe payment. You can use either online banking or any major debit and credit cards when you use Klarna. Your bank or card statement will show Klarna as the recipient, and they will transfer the payment to the merchant.
Online banking: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Pankki, Säästöpankki / Aktia, Nooa, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Tapiola and S-pankki.
Credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Eurocard.
Delivery Methods and Costs
The delivery is handled by Posti. Unfortunately we do not currently offer deliveries to Ukraine, Russia or Belarus.
Exchange And Refund Policy
All our products have a 14-day refund policy that starts on delivery. The customer always needs to separately inform the seller of cancellation. The cancellation notice should be sent to info(at)miikkiservice.com. The sale price, without the value of possible handling costs, will be returned as soon as the product has been returned.
The product needs to be in its original condition, unused and salable for full refund. If the product is unsalable, the consumer is responsible for the full price of the product.
If you cancel the order and do not inform us as instructed, or in any other manner before returning the products, the purchase is binding and the payment remains valid.
Instructions for returning the products: Pack the product in its original packaging and write “Customer return” and our address on top (information below). The customer is responsible for the postal charges of the returned products.
Corporate customers are obligated to return and exchange products ordered from our online store at their own expense delivered to the Tmi Saku Miikki Service place of business (not to be picked up from the carrier). The returns at Tmi Saku Miikki Service’s expense are charged from the customer.
Clearance products have no right of exchange or return.

We do not accept returns 14 days after delivery. Tmi Saku Miikki Service reserves the right of ownership until the product has been fully paid.
Problems on Delivery And Defective Products
In case the product has been lost during delivery, damaged or a wrong product was delivered, the customer should immediately inform us by e-mail: info(at)miikkiservice.com. The notification of damaged or wrong product should be done within 14 days of delivery. If the parcel was damaged during delivery, a compensation claim should be filed to Posti immediately.
Normal wear and tear or problems due to improper use of the product do not justify a compensation claim. In cases of doubt, products under compensation claim are sent to the manufacturer, in which case the processing will take a few weeks. In case it is clearly a matter of a manufacturing defect, we will immediately despatch a replacement product.

We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery and any other information provided on our webpage. The customer must familiarize themselves with the current terms of delivery when placing an order. Tmi Saku Miikki Service handles all customer data confidentially and no information is handed over to third parties.
